Orders
All of our styles are made-to-order unless otherwise specified. Please contact us before placing your order as we do not accept returns. You can read more about our return policy here. Please review your order carefully prior to completion. Once an order has been submitted, modifications cannot be made. Contact us with any questions before checking out. You will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase. Once your order is fulfilled, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent. Please review the email address that you enter at checkout carefully. You will receive important information about your order. If we cannot contact you, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
Payment Method
We accept all major credit cards. For orders processed through our website, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Apple Pay, and PayPal are accepted. For orders processed through emailed invoices, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted. Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.
Payment Due
IN STOCK items: Payment is due in full at the time of checkout.
MADE-TO-ORDER items: Payment is due in full at the time of checkout.
BESPOKE items: Payment is due in full at the time of checkout. Depending on the customization we are incorporating for your order, additional fees may apply. Some of our Bespoke services are listed in our shopping area and can be added to your cart. If you have a specific request that is not listed, contact us and we will send you a custom link for payment.
COUTURE items: An $3500 deposit is required to confirm a Couture order. Once the deposit is received, we will collaborate with you on all the design details — from the silhouette to the fabric. Once all details are confirmed, we will email you an invoice. The remaining balance will be due in full at that time.

Payment Security
Our website is hosted by Squarespace. Transactions are secure and encrypted. Orders are processed by either Stripe, PayPal, or Square — all are PCI compliant. PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) is a framework for developing a robust payment card data security process—including prevention, detection and appropriate reaction to security incidents. Taxes & Duties
We are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped within Texas. Orders shipped outside of Texas will not be assessed sales tax, however, you may be subject to reporting and paying sales tax on your purchase. Out of state clients are responsible for determining if sales tax should be paid to their respective tax authorities.
International orders are shipped FOB Dallas. Clients are responsible for all Duty and VAT payments required for importing. Please learn more about shipping & delivery here.
Product & Pricing Changes
For all of our product and prices, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, supplier and vendor price changes, errors in advertisements, and other extenuating circumstances. Our goal is to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions and prices. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit or debit card has been charged. If your credit or debit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a refund to your credit or debit card account in the amount of the charge and advise you of the canceled order.
Fraud
In the event that we believe an order to be fraudulent, we reserve the right to refuse and/or cancel the order. If your credit or debit card has already been charged, we shall immediately issue a refund to the credit or debit card account in the amount of the charge and advise you of the canceled order.
